Mid December 2020, Hannafin approached Ischebeck TITAN to submit supply, design and price proposals for a jump-form climbing system to core 3 (2no twin shaft lifts in close proximity). There was also a tight three week lead time from order to delivery, plus crucial program deadlines on a maximum of one week per floor deadline, including the initial set up and installation, that Ischebeck TITAN needed to operate around.
Ischebeck TITAN provided HD FAB core climbing external platform brackets with trailing platforms, plus internal platforms and the NOEtop wall formwork system with stripping corners.
Services and Support
Given the tight program, Hannafin utilised Ischebeck TITAN’s pre-assembly service, having internal and external platforms built prior to delivery. This proved to save over one week in on-site set up, freeing up labour to make a start on wall formwork installation for pour 1. NOEtop wall formwork was delivered on completion of pour 1, again with all platforms pre-assembled by the Ischebeck TITAN depot team. Ischebeck TITAN’s on site technicians worked alongside the installer and labour provider TCL Structures to complete the structural assembly of the platform units on site. The team also oversaw the system installation onto the structure, along with connection of the trailing platforms.
