For partially and fully precast elements
Combining Titan aluminium formwork beams with the Ischebeck range of props ensures optimum precast support for concrete floor slabs. The system uses few components and can be adjusted to suit all requirements (e.g. height, slab depth, beam spacings and prop loads).
Titan S option: Ischebeck steel props exceed all the requirements of DIN EN 1065 “Adjustable telescopic steel props”. Choice of painted or hot-dip galvanised finish for corrosion protection to EN 39.
Titan HV option: This prop with aluminium outer tube and steel screw jack can be easily extended so that the formwork needs of 75% of all storey heights can be covered with just one prop size!
Titan HV Tower option: For carrying loads at great heights. Can be extended to 6.10m as a tower with at least one ledger frame within that height.
Titan HV Slab formwork option: Aluminium drop-head beam system with verified typical calculations. On sites where the Titan HV system is being used to support in situ concrete floor slabs, the system can also be used as precast support for concrete elements.
Titan Megashore leg: The Titan adjustable aluminium leg is the system leg for great heights. Combined with aluminium ledger frames, it is possible to construct large falsework units. Titan adjustable aluminium legs are ideal for a huge range of applications: floor slab formwork, temporary propping, support for edge beams, table forms, falsework, mobile formwork, etc.
WK wall-mounted supports: The wall mounted supports complement the system, represent an alternative to traditional falsework and round off the range of support options for precast concrete elements.
