Accounts Assistant – Midlands area

Ischebeck Titan are recruiting! Due to continued growth we have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant working as part of the UK finance team based in Burton-Upon-Trent.

General duties will include:

  • General ledger analysis
  • Purchase ledger assistance
  • Posting journals
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT reconciliations
  • Ad hoc month end duties
  • Other accounts duties as and when required

If you have a minimum of 2 years previous experience within an accounts team and have the following knowledge, experience & qualifications we would love to hear from you.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications

  • Know your way around a balance & profit and loss sheet
  • 5 GCSE’s grade C/5 or above to include Maths and English Language
  • Qualified or part qualified AAT
  • Microsoft Office experience – Excel spreadsheets a must
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical Team Player – happy to help the team as and when required
