The Ground Engineering Awards are held each year to honour successful individuals or projects within the industry that have demonstrated innovation, sustainability and value engineering.
This year Ischebeck Titan were finalists in the Private Sector Project Under £1m Award. This is what the awards panel had to say;
Project: Micropiles, London, SW10 – Ischebeck Titan
This project involved building a complex basement as well as totally stripping and rebuilding the interior of the existing structure in a semi-detached London property.
This saw an early UK application of Micropiles using a bayonet fixing. Excellent ‘out of the box’ thinking provided an effective and economic solution.
